Remmina is a remote desktop (RDP) client. It allows a Linux system to connect to a Windows System and display a desktop, similar to VNC.

Recently I had trouble connecting to my Windows Desktop from Xubuntu v14.04. It returned an error of

''Unable to connect to RDP server'' (with some additional text).

By going into ''.freerdb'' and deleting the entry from ''~/.freerdp/known_hosts'' associated with my Windows computer, I was able to connect without any issues.
