Mix the following together either in a spray bottle or bucket:

  * 1 tsp Dawn Dish Soap
  * 1 Tbsp Rubbing Alcohol
  * 1/2 Gallon Warm Water

Simply pour or spray where you want ice to melt and know that your pets and concrete are safe.
