1 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Flour

1/3 Cup Cocoa

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Add 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
